Come at me Bro

Amidst the dribble that is on TV these days our generation is becoming more and more easily entertained. I mean look at what is popular among 20 somethings right now; you have shows about teen pregnancy, Italians, car towing, repo's among other ridiculous ideas.With all these shows on TV one wonders who comes up with these awful ideas and why people like Mike "the situation" are millionaires simply for the sole reason of being ignorant and showing someone what you do day after day. I mean look at the "Jersey Shore" prime example of how dumb today's youth is becoming.  With catch phrases like "yeah Buddy", "Come at me Bro" and countless others one must think what is the world coming to. At least in the early 1990's we had the real world which isn't much better but it was considerably more interesting to watch than this crap! I mean what is next? Where do we go from here? Is everyone going to have their own TV channel they can broadcast whatever they want to the entire world or is that already too mainstream with youtube and vimeo... What is the world coming to?

Protest!

Whats with all these college kids protesting about their inability to pay back their student loans? I mean c'mon... if there is one thing I learned in college as a finance major it was their is always a risk reward payoff! Which USUALLY means that the greater the risk the greater reward. Now obviously there are situations where this may not really apply but for the majority of the time its proven accurate! It would seem that all these students that can't find jobs are going to complain about the ability to pay back their loans and who else to blame but the government and those who are quite literally gambling money away in the stock market. But lets be honest, those who can afford to pump money into the stock market and earn a positive return are those who are more than likely pumping money into the currently stagnant economy! Why are these students so ignorant to think well if I can't find a job now maybe i'll go back to school and get a higher degree with an even larger amount of debt? Some companies won't even bring you on if you have a mountain of debt! Not too many people think of that! Not to mention the fact that some of the privately owned companies that are hiring wont pay you all that well but its better than nothing so get a job pay off some of the debt and wait for the opportunity to excel! Stop complaining to those aren't truely at fault!

Does it ever bother you to think that someone can be smiling and happy all the time without the assistance of medication or serious drug use? I mean c'mon how can someone always be so cheerful and optimistic like that... Over the last week or so it has come to my attention that there are certain people who are indeed like that and I find it very odd and somewhat scary to be honest! In thinking about it though what is it that makes these people so happy all the time? Or is it that the majority of these people are like that only in public forums? And if that is indeed the case what do they do when they get home? I would presume the majority of them are binge drinkers to an extent. Getting home polishing off a bottle of whine or smoking a fat "J". But in all honesty I feel these people take their aggressions and frustrations out on their loved ones! Too much time to think at work!!! SMH

Whats good fam!

Been a while to all those out there in blog land! So I say whats good Fam? So much has gone down since the last update I put up on here... Still drivin a bus for a job right now and its doing what it needs to to keep money in my pocket and food in my stomach! Although I will readily admit to looking for an actual career seen as I did graduate in august! Been a while since I have had to look for a legit job one that I don't have to rely on tips to get the money in! Although I have been busy I look forward to putting more updates up here in the future so look back and get back at me!

Out with the Old In with the New!!!

I know I have been rather negligent when it comes to updating this thing but I have found a few more rants that I just have to get off my chest! I hope you all enjoy and laugh along with me! So working for an airport hotel we get flight crews in a lot and they stay the night and whatever that really has little to do with the overall theme but a little background info never hurt anyone. So the other day I was driving one of these flight crews from the hotel to the airport and it never ceases to amaze me the extent of these middle aged women eye balling me up and down and the best part is they arent even discrete about it! I mean hell I appreciate it but lets be honest when I catch you looking at my stuff when im loading your bags at least bring your head up to make it look like your not. Which brings me to my next point of when did being a flight attendant go from being the cream of the crop to middle age divorcee's? I mean seriously I dont know who has seen catch me if you can or not but if you see that movie all the flight attendants (all women) were extremely attractive and just above legal! This is something I notice on a daily basis and it honestly bothers me.

What the Hell

What is the world coming to? Now lets be honest I am neither a republican nor democrat i sit pretty much in the middle for the most part. So this rant may come across as being a little racist or jaded to some and quite funny to others! I guess what I am getting at is that you would have to know me in order to see where I am coming from in saying the following. President Obama... First off in typing his name apparently his name isn't in the dictionary yet just an interesting fact! And to be honest I know a lot of people who initially voted for him and have now changed their minds like the majority of the people who did... Sorry if you haven't changed your mind yet you have some time left though. Second with all these I'm above the influence commercials they bum me out! Plain and simple I was watching one literally a few minutes ago and all these kids are attached to strings and dancing around like puppets i guess would be the message. But lets be honest all those kids will end up in college of some sort so good luck in backing what your promoting now! e There is a phone out by sprint i think that is essentially designed for children. I mean shit I didnt have a phone till i had a car! There was no need for one! Now kids in elementary school have them! Back to the sprint phone; it has a built in GPS location so you know where your kid is at all times. What happened to skinned knees and pushing each other off the jungle gym! I mean shit those kids who bullied those students ,who were homosexual, until they eventually took their own lives! Now I don't condone what happened and I'm definitely saddened that it lead to that but they are trying to take them to court! For what? Honestly as much as I want to see the families feel some sort of justice for the incident there really isn't much that a court system will or can do. I apologize but its true! May they Rest in Peace!

Making Moves!

Last week Wednesday I think I was at the bank depositing the plethora of singles I make running guests from the hotel to the airport and bank when I figured what the hell I'll drive down national and see who is at Ride motorsports even though I know every time I stop in there I spend way too much time in there but time is irrelevant when you are catching up with old friends! Anyway I was driving by and saw the red excursion of my good friend Micah and stopped in to say whats good and potentially catch up before he heads off to yet another MC gig in god knows where. So after talking about the multitude of moves he has been making over the past few months we were standing at the front desk talking with cookie and schreck when out of nowhere micah pulls out his phone and with the tone of someone who is somewhat unphased says america's got talent is calling me. I looked up at him and was somewhat in shock that the scenario at hand seemed rather normal in his life. Then not two minutes later he pulls his phone out again and says they emailed me too. I couldnt believe a big name talent agency out of cali was calling a good friend of mine looking to book him and Division to audition in Chi town! I want to say holy shit to the whole thing but to be blunt the whole thing doesnt surprise me much either! Every rider they have has world class talent and is more than willing and able to take that show by storm! Good Luck Boys!!!!!
