Whose kid is this!!!!!

So in preparing for summer i am getting ready for some of the spectacles that summerfest has to offer!!! One of them being the lost children area. Now granted parents bring their children down there with good intentions of having fun and leaving with all kids in tact... But lets be honest bringing a child that is under the age of at least 10 to a place where thousands of people are drunk lowd and rowdy as shit are walking around being complete douche bags is not the smartest thing in the world!!! But i will tell you one thing right off the bat putting your child on a leash like a dog is anything but acceptable in my mind... Yeah i will admit this might be a little on the cute side but in all honesty a leash is meant for dogs not children. Not to mention the fact that it makes parents look like they cant keep track of their own kids... Lets be responsible and just leave the kid(s) at home shall we... Because we all know its going to lead to this...
