What the Hell

What is the world coming to? Now lets be honest I am neither a republican nor democrat i sit pretty much in the middle for the most part. So this rant may come across as being a little racist or jaded to some and quite funny to others! I guess what I am getting at is that you would have to know me in order to see where I am coming from in saying the following. President Obama... First off in typing his name apparently his name isn't in the dictionary yet just an interesting fact! And to be honest I know a lot of people who initially voted for him and have now changed their minds like the majority of the people who did... Sorry if you haven't changed your mind yet you have some time left though. Second with all these I'm above the influence commercials they bum me out! Plain and simple I was watching one literally a few minutes ago and all these kids are attached to strings and dancing around like puppets i guess would be the message. But lets be honest all those kids will end up in college of some sort so good luck in backing what your promoting now! e There is a phone out by sprint i think that is essentially designed for children. I mean shit I didnt have a phone till i had a car! There was no need for one! Now kids in elementary school have them! Back to the sprint phone; it has a built in GPS location so you know where your kid is at all times. What happened to skinned knees and pushing each other off the jungle gym! I mean shit those kids who bullied those students ,who were homosexual, until they eventually took their own lives! Now I don't condone what happened and I'm definitely saddened that it lead to that but they are trying to take them to court! For what? Honestly as much as I want to see the families feel some sort of justice for the incident there really isn't much that a court system will or can do. I apologize but its true! May they Rest in Peace!

Making Moves!

Last week Wednesday I think I was at the bank depositing the plethora of singles I make running guests from the hotel to the airport and bank when I figured what the hell I'll drive down national and see who is at Ride motorsports even though I know every time I stop in there I spend way too much time in there but time is irrelevant when you are catching up with old friends! Anyway I was driving by and saw the red excursion of my good friend Micah and stopped in to say whats good and potentially catch up before he heads off to yet another MC gig in god knows where. So after talking about the multitude of moves he has been making over the past few months we were standing at the front desk talking with cookie and schreck when out of nowhere micah pulls out his phone and with the tone of someone who is somewhat unphased says america's got talent is calling me. I looked up at him and was somewhat in shock that the scenario at hand seemed rather normal in his life. Then not two minutes later he pulls his phone out again and says they emailed me too. I couldnt believe a big name talent agency out of cali was calling a good friend of mine looking to book him and Division to audition in Chi town! I want to say holy shit to the whole thing but to be blunt the whole thing doesnt surprise me much either! Every rider they have has world class talent and is more than willing and able to take that show by storm! Good Luck Boys!!!!!

FIBS!!!

So the majority of you being from the Midwest or the greater Milwaukee area I am more than certain the majority of you have heard or used the acronym F.I.B. (Fucking Illinois Bastard). If you didnt know what this meant or have never heard it before feel free to use it as much as you can because its quite funny and most of the time true! However I am not really referring to those that follow that statistical norm... While driving down to Ohio this past weekend to see my girlfriend I had to pass through Chicago while passing through I hit quite a large traffic jam not only on the way there but on the way back as well. Now granted Chicago is a huge city with a huge population and traffic is immanent... But in all seriousness on friday at 1:30 in the afternoon I made the assumption that I shouldnt get too much traffic on the way down becuase people should, in all theory, still be at work... I could not have been more wrong! Everyone was on the Eden and no one was driving in the typical Chicago fashion which was a surprise to me. Everyone was using their brakes and no one was going above 20. Now being from Illinois originally I like to assume that my aggressive driving style is similar to that of the majority of people in Illinois. So to sum up this post people need to go back to drivers ed and completely neglect the way in which they teach just like everyone else!

LFL With the Team

So I am not sure who has or hasnt heard about the LFL (lingerie football league) in the past few months! But Chicago has a team the apparently is pretty good and I can speak from personal experience that it is everything I thought it would be! I mean at first one might think that how serious could a football game be where women are running around in lingerie and the second thought is its gotta be scripted! Well these girls can hit and run and even more surprising throw a damn tight spiral... But in all seriousness it was truly a great experience to have a road trip down to Chi town and represent the team in a more than enthusiastic manner! The only thing I want to add is next time a party bus and front row seats are definitely mandatory!

I want to start out by apologizing to the somewhat limited numbers of people who actually read this for my negligence and laziness. With that being said I want to catch up with the summer and what hopes to finally be my senior year at UWM (6th year for those keeping track). Anyway I am sure the majority of you missed seeing my ugly mug down on the Summerfest grounds but don't you worry I'll be back down there next summer! Anyway I started a new job at a hotel which is the easiest job I have ever had! Not to mention the fact that I am the youngest driver the Hotel has by a good 20 years! So I hear quite a bit about the good ol' days... Anyway I will definitely be posting more often now that I am back in school and have more things to rant and rave about!

So in the depths of shit in my room, that I have been putting off cleaning for quite some time now, I came across a few rather interesting items while rummaging through the literal garbage! One of the more interesting things besides the hoards of empty cigarette boxes from back when I smoked! To put that in perspective I quit smoking over a year ago! i found my High School yearbooks. Man High school was a shit show of bull shit and drama that I am very happy is over! Those 4 years went by so damn fast I could barely remember a thing about it! The on again off again relationship and all the constant peer pressure to be in one of the many cliques that eroded our school! Thankfully I was one of the more diverse people that could go from group to group and really not give a flying fuck about what anyone had to say! But I digress, upon opening my yearbooks I came across the vast array of signatures which would vary anywhere from something more intimate to the general keep in touch. Some of these were so specific to certain events and shit where I literally had to sit there and think what the hell are you talking about! So to make this long winded and extremely bad example of grammar short what the hell happened at East while I was there? I'm fucking serious I don't remember any of it!

Ass Beating

So last week saturday the 'Tosa Spartans played the Fox Valley Force and low and behold we ended up losing the game by a rather substantial margin. I am somewhat reluqtant to speak of how the game went however I am quite happy that the game was a preseason game and that it doesnt truely count toward our record but was more than a wake up call in the eyes of the team. We all realized that we have a lot of talent and that we definately could not capitalize on the opportunities we were given. The flow of the game could have gone a lot better but we have two weeks to bounce back and change things so we bring the "A" game to the Mustangs later in May! There was no one person on our team that made us lose or contributed to it more so than anybody else it is a team sport and we all have adjustments to make so that we are ready to go! Lets go Spartans we want that damn ring!!!

to catch an idiot!

I know a lot of you have heard all the recent scandals of older men usually attempting to seduce young children into having sex with them which in itself is disgusting and wrong however there is some innate humor in the explanation that some of these men give to Chris Hansen from dateline! Some of them come clean off the bat and say I have a problem but for the most part there is some elaborate excuse as to why they are at this house that MSNBC uses. It could range from a simple I was just here to be friends but yet they come with condoms and oils in pocket or something a little deeper like I do roofing and was just here to get an estimate! I think that one had to be one of my favorites! The middle aged hispanic male had gotten to the house after being drawn in by this little 14 yo girl and was sitting at the kitchen counter when she left the room to "go get something" then mr. Hansen comes in and the gentleman has no fucking clue as to who he is which makes it all that much better! Once he starts explaining who he is and what he is doing the roofer explains he was there for a roofing estimate and then explains in grave detail is business and how he hadnt spoken to the minor prior to that evening! Seriously dumb ass just come clean the cops are outside waiting so you might as well save yourself the trouble and embarassment of making up some retarded story! Although it did make me laugh quite hard!

Soon Approaching!

This coming Saturday is the preseason game of the Wauwatosa Spartans and the Fox Valley Force out of appleton or somewhere in the general region! According to our team owner and right tackle they are the runner ups of the NEFL as we are the runner ups of the IFL from the 2009 season! Well I have to say is you better be damn good for practicing for the past 4 months cus we are commin to bring the pain! I can only speak from what I have seen thus far but we are a team full of beasts all over the field! We are ready to roll through you on our way to the Iron Bowl! All i gotta say is come ready to play and be ready to take a serious beating!

Regret to Inform you

So as many of you know I have worked at summerfest for the last four years and I am sorry to say that this summer I will not be working there! As a result of the football and potential internship I will be unable to work the festival. However, I will be doing some free lance security for the Division team and I will be there as much as I can helping those guys out! So if you are there looking for a freebie dont bother asking cus it aint gonna happen and I can't swing that anymore nor would I in the prior years! If you want you will have to come see the Division BMX team to find me and have a beer with me! Bout damn time I actually enjoy summerfest as opposed to working the entire 11 day span!

It's been a While

So its been quite some time before I updated this thing and im seriously bored out of my damn mind before class starts and I have a few announcements to make that have happened over the past month or so! First off I wanna give props to tippy for not making fun of my uncoordinated ass in my first drop in at seasons! That being said i think the first trip to seasons went surprisingly well no broken bones and no bruises... Now that could be seen as not trying too many things like launching myself off the box but fuck you if you think that! Oh an my bad to the kid I almost ran over but seriously watch where your riding cus im not the most coordinated son of a bitch you'll ever meet. Oh and also next time will prove better and more risks shall be taken! Second, as many of you know I was quite skinny over the summer in the attempt to lose weight for a football try out then of course the realization of how big some of the guys are that play in this league set in and now i am trying to gain weight once again. Any way with that being said I tried out for two different teams the Muskego Hitmen and the Wauwatosa Spartans! The first try out went well or so I had thought but I never heard back from the coach so I assumed I didnt make the team. But the Tosa Spartans was a better fit and was more my style of team and I signed with them instead! This Season is going to lead to the Iron Bowl and prove to my High School Coaches that I too can be a dominant force on the football field! So eat shit and we'll see who gets the last laugh!

This creeps me out!!!

I think that everyone here has seen the Snuggle fabric softner commercial and seen that creepy ass walking talking bear! That thing really creeps me out. I have no idea why but it definately reminds me of a damn gremlin. Lil shit is supposed to be cute and cuddly but in all honesty I see those commercials and all i see is this...

You will be missed!!!

As all of you more than likely know Cush along with other restaurants burnt down early last week leaving a lot of people jobless and even a handful of people homeless coming into the spring semester of school!!! I am writing this in hopes to express the great times I had at Cush and in hopes that we will all be there this summer in a new building and enjoying the same great parties!!! I can personally attest that working there does have its benefits and also its downfalls as any place does. However I will admit that working there in a privately owned bar is a lot of fun simply because you get to know the other employees and they become a sort of an extended family and they are always around to have a good time! I will admit that some of these stories are possibly involving a lot of the people who work there and I hope you guys look back and laugh at these great memories! All the random fights and occurences that took place at cush over the years was incredible! I will miss Cush and cant wait for it to reopen come summer!!!
